- Vehicle medical health check – HGV, taxi, etc
- OFSTED – report only
- Fostering/adoption report
- 30 minutes face to face medical examination
- Power of attorney
- Fitness for activity/sports letters
- Letters for airlines re medication etc
- Shotgun licence health check Letter requiring doctor’s signature
- Holiday cancellation certificate/letter
